The system includes Firewalls and IDS to protect the public network. The processing facility is physically separate from the internet network to provide 100% security from intrusion and hacking. All outgoing data is encrypted and authenticated at the Perimeter Firewall . The IDS running in conjuction with Perimeter Firewall helps protect the network from intrusions, viruses and malicious codes.

A dedicated antivirus server updates all terminals across the network with latest updates and patches.

Confidentiality
Each of AnCache BPO's employee is required to sign a confidentiality agreement. Special procedures are in place to protect data privacy and security.

For ensuring security, confidentiality and integrity of data transfer over sensitive mediums like the internet, our web servers hosting critical information use Entrust Digital Certificates. This provides 128 bit SSL encryption between web servers and browsers. Entrust is the first Certificate Authority (CA) in the world to earn the WebTrust for Certified Authorities (CAs) Seal of Assurance from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA). A WebTrust Seal provides you the assurance and confidence in the security of a public key infrastructure (PKI).
